Our charcuterie comes from the salted and air-dried meat of the Iberian pig. It’s a pig with a different DNA to the mass-produced pig. A lifelong diet of herbs, grasses and acorns, unique habitat and freedom to roam out doors, produces a sublime meat considered a delicacy around the world. Can something that tastes this good actually be good for you? Yes! Its lean fat and oil contain extraordinary attributes and can be included in low calorie diets as a health food!
